In order to respond as quickly and as precisely to your every request, we have developed a unique and ultra-flexible industrial system. This system is located across two JLB PROCESS sites, one in Isère and the other in Drôme.
Our industrial know-how
Our plant in Isère specialises in producing products in liquid, syrup and gel form. A variety of products are made there, including food supplements, sports supplements, essential oil and royal jelly products, and products containing active ingredients. Our site in the Drôme focuses solely on the powdered form. Here, we manufacture products for various ranges, including protein-rich weight management powders, protein drink powders and hydration drink powders for athletes, as well as wellbeing super-food mixes. As always, these can be packaged in a wide selection of containers, such as sachets, boxes, pots and doypack pouches.

From the beginning, we followed a quality system of continuous improvement. This is why our two plants are ISO 22000 certified. To read more about that.
In order to optimise our management of that system, we use an ERP information system to track our production in real time (costs, stocks, progress made on orders, etc.). Our quality approach also includes the rigorous and selective management of our raw materials and regular audits performed as part of our continuous improvement policy. Last but not least, you can rely on our teams’ expertise and drive to deliver the best production quality possible.
